At Wheelsports, we’re committed to delivering your cycling essentials swiftly and securely. To ensure timely and reliable deliveries across India, we have partnered with leading national logistics providers, including Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart, and more.

 

Order Processing Timeline

  • We currently ship only within India, subject to serviceability by our logistics partners based on your PIN code.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days of placement.

  • Order processing is paused on Sundays, public holidays, and during regional disturbances or political unrest.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require confirmation via WhatsApp on the contact number provided at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate and complete.

 

Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on all prepaid orders over ₹1499.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to ₹19,999, and a convenience fee of ₹100 is applicable.

  • COD Shipping Charges:

  • Express Shipping (Rush Delivery) is available for prepaid orders at an additional cost of ₹250–₹500, based on destination.

 

Shipping Services

 

1. Standard Shipping

  • Delivery within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Orders are shipped via reliable road transport for optimal coverage and efficiency.

 

2. Express Shipping (Rush Delivery)

​

  • Available in select cities for prepaid orders only.

  • Delivery within 3 business days, leveraging a hybrid Road + Air logistics network.

 

Express Shipping Terms & Conditions:

​

  • Guaranteed delivery within 72 business hours for most major cities.

  • This is a paid service, with charges ranging between ₹250–₹500 per shipment.

  • Suppose we fail to deliver within the guaranteed timeframe (excluding reasons beyond our control, such as natural calamities, regional unrest, public holidays, or recipient unavailability). In that case, the Express Shipping fee will be refunded.

  • For undeliverable orders returned due to buyer unavailability, only the product cost will be refunded.

  • COD is not available for Express Shipping orders.
