We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most products. Please check individual product pages for specific return eligibility.
To get your return approved, please:

Upload clear images and a video explaining the issue

Share as much detail as possible to help us understand the problem

Ensure the product isn’t part of our non-returnable category
Need an Exchange?
Wrong size or need a different product? Choose a hassle-free doorstep pickup and opt for Wheelsports Store Credit.
Store credits are issued within 24–48 hours after a successful pickup and can be used instantly on wheelsports.in to place a new order.

Prefer a Refund?
Place a new order for the correct item, and we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method once your return passes inspection.

Return Pickup & Shipping Options
We offer two convenient return methods:

1. Doorstep Pickup
Available in most serviceable locations across Bangalore.
A ₹250 pickup fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Pickup availability is subject to logistics partner coverage.
2. Self-Ship
If pickup is unavailable at your pin code or you prefer to ship it yourself, courier the item to our warehouse.
We’ll share the return address once your request is approved.

Return Eligibility Checklist
To qualify for a return:

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition

Must be returned with original tags, manuals, and packaging intact

No signs of tampering, damage, or broken packaging

Include receipt/proof of purchase

All free promotional items must be returned with the product

The item must be securely packed to prevent damage during return transit
Return Process

Initiate your return via the Wheelsports Returns Portal

Once approved:

A pickup will be scheduled (if eligible), OR

You’ll receive our warehouse address for self-shipping

Upon receiving the item, we’ll perform a thorough Quality Check (QC)

If approved, your refund/store credit will be processed

If QC fails, the product will be returned to you at your cost
Important Return Instructions
Before handing over the package to the courier:

Use original packaging

Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid transit damage

Any damage during return transit due to poor packaging may invalidate your return
Exclusions – Non-Returnable Items

Bicycles, Trainers, Wheels, Floor Pumps, Framesets, Forks/Suspensions

Work Stands, Tool Kits, Car Racks, Wetsuits, Bike Bags/Cases

Nutrition Products, Sunglasses, Smartwatches, Spokes, Nipples

Display Stands, Pannier Racks, Small Parts

Refurbished or clearance items
Returns sent without prior approval or confirmation will not be accepted.
